The owner, Alexis, have transformed a modern storefront studio into her private upscale health and wellness center where she offers only therapeutic bodywork and spa treatments to both women and men. There is never more than one guest at a time, Alexis focuses her complete attention entirely on you.

Alexis specializes in the holistic healing of acute, sub acute and chronic pain through different modalities of therapeutic massage therapy. Whether you're looking for pain relief through a prescribed deep tissue massage, medical massage, sports, Trigger Point, or you want to distress through a soothing Swedish massage, or you’re in need of stretching, or you just want to be indulged with spa treatments, you will find it here.

I am a Texas state licensed massage therapist, LMT MT108713, LMTI licensed massage therapy instructor, in superior physical shape and extremely strong, and a certified AMMP advanced medical massage practitioner. She have received the latest training in the field in order to give you with superior skills and technique.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Call me, and give me a try! You will see the difference in my training, skills and technique.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. You can get results in a one time visit but it usually takes more visits then that. From there you have to keep up the maintenance and get back in so often otherwise the muscle, tendons, fascia and connective tissue tends to return back to a tight state unless it is due to an injury.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My goal is to build long term therapeutic relationships with my clients in regards to their health and wellness need through the healing and relaxation benefits of massage. I have extensive training in my field and am results driven, with attention to details.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I am passionate about helping clients feel better, and through therapeutic massage therapy its effects are far greater then just physical. It can also have an emotional, mental and spiritual effect on a client. When I see results that last and I find a great reward in that.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Its a unique set up! I am a clinic but also a spa!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I decided to enter my field because I am very pro holistic healing arts as an effective alternative for stress and pain management. Everyday I am in search for more knowledge and skills to help heal through massage, stretching, acutherapy and spa therapy.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I have extensive continuing education in my field and am constantly taking more so to bring to my client a higher caliber of service.
