**update ** original should have been 5 stars. My phone keys get stuck 🥴. Anyways , I was thoroughly educated on my system . I ask a lot of questions especially since this is my first pool . Oswaldo was so patient and explained everything . Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Contacted Oswaldo and he responded right away! He came out the home as soon as he could die to having some pipes burst during the freeze, very professional and knowledgeable in his profession, he is now servicing the pool !

I asked Alcon services to fix my light in my pool. He gave me his word that he fixed it and that it would not come lose again because he installed a new bracket. When I came back home the light was floating in the pool. When I called Alcon Services to fix it he said that he would. As we got closer to the time to fix Alcon Services stopped answering my phone calls. GHOSTED! OUT OF MONEY!

Im a father of 3 that recently experienced a horrible health issue that keeps me from maintaining my pool myself. I wanted to find a company to help fix a leak and bring the pool back for my kids to enjoy while my family gets through this tough time of illness and financial hardship. I hired this company and explained my situation to them, my illness and financial hardship, and what we needed from them. They took my money and never returned to the house. I think I'm more shocked on a human level that someone would do this to another person who is in need of help. My goal was to only bring my kids a glimpse of happiness. This company stole that from me. Now im searching for someone else to help. Please beware of people like this that dont mean well. I try to help small businesses, but for this reason, it's hard to. Reputation means a lot. Needless to say, my experience was the worst.
