A. Always make sure you research the product being used and make sure you get the best service and satisfaction for your money. There are many people who scam by not having the proper equipment or gel.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. One secret I know now about teeth whitening treatments is that the teeth whitening strips contain a small percentage of bleach in their solution, causing the enamel to erode, which then causes sensitivity. Happy Smiles uses a safe gel with no bleach in the solution whatsoever.

A. Until a couple of years ago, only dentists could perform teeth whitening treatments. Happy Smiles now has the ability to provide these treatments in the comfort of any location of your choosing. A. What I like most about my job is that I help people feel more confident about showing their smiles. I provide a mini make-over. A white smile really makes a difference!

A. Does this treatment work? Yes it does! I would not represent anything I did not believe in! I see results with each treatment I provide and I see satisfied people who continue to come back!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. One lady was very desperate because she had badly stained teeth after years of smoking. She explained that she had tried several different teeth whitening treatments with no avail. After a treatment with us, her teeth whitened up to six shades. She was so happy, that she cried!

A. There are many others who offer this service, but I have yet to come across a company that truly offers quality service for a fair price. Please make sure you do the research, ask around!

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. There is a whitening lamp from China that will no longer require the whitening gel! It will result in a much easier process and cause no sensitivity whatsoever!
