Ms. Andrea, Thanks for taking the time to write your “review”. I usually welcome any feedback especially if it is negative to correct and improve my business as long as the criticism or input is genuine. After investigating your claim, I will go over each point you stated in your review: at the business you mentioned “Stone’s Throw” which by the way has 4 stars rating on Yelp, we have 7-8 valet attendants working there with a manager and a coordinator at the valet station at all times. They’re there with flash lights to direct the traffic to the valet and there’s no way you waited a minute not 10 unless your minute is 6 seconds and not 60! All of my employees have legal status in the US and they speak English fluently. It does not take Shakespeare to open you door, greet you, give you the valet ticket, and to tell you it is going to be $5 please. More than 50% of customers ask then: “now”? Meaning pay $5 now? And we say yes please if you have it on you now you can go ahead and pay. As for charging you and not your friend that got there before you, it says on the valet sign “complimentary before 8pm”. The valet guys did not mix your friend’s car with other customers’ car; the valet attendants bring the cars to the front lot whenever front parking spots become available. We have a strict policy regarding handling valet tickets and will not randomly mix customers’ vehicles. This policy is actually posted on the valet podium as well. Again the response to your question on where your car was won’t take 10 minutes! When you valet your vehicle at any business, the valet’s job is to take your vehicle, secure it at a safe parking lot “ in our case it happened to be the only available lot in the area and it is true to be 3 blocks away. I’d greatly appreciate your alternative if you have one!” and bring your vehicle back to you sound and in the shortest time possible. We do not expect customers to be in and out of their cars after they have used the valet service. However, it happens that customers sometimes forget their cell phones or belongings and we understand that. In such cases, we give them the choice to get what they need by themselves or if they prefer we bring whatever they need from their cars which is the case in 95% of the time. The most invalid part of this “review” is accusing the valet manager of calling you a b****!! This just gave no credit to your story especially that the valet station is located between two bars and both door guys witnessed the situation and both denied your claim. Please keep your reviews legit and I will do everything possible to fix and take care of your complaint. We are not perfect but we make every effort to provide our clients and their guests with the best treatment and valued service out there in the market.
