Our Home Services division can offer a direct price sometimes but A+ will always like to assess first, so we don't overcharge or give a price without having exact measurements and true scope of job. Our service price: •Tile install :$3.25 per sf 500 sf minimum. •Vent and Duct cleaning : $19.00 per •AC Unit cleaning :$500.00 1st unit •2cd Unit 1/2 off (other specials applied) •Carpet cleaning: 6 rooms $150 •Drywall Install : $2.50per sf -500sf minimum • Wood floor install: 4.00 per sf 500 sf minimum •Laminate Installation $3.00 per sf 500 sf min. Our flooring removal cost: Any type of flooring- $2.00 per sf Carpet removal 50¢ per sf
