- What types of customers have you worked with?
We manage online marketing OR total marketing (including traditional media) for our clients. We act as their marketing department. We do have some clients for whom we perform only basic website management and SEO.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Set your sales goals and your marketing budget. Then, think about your SALES process -- how you actually sign up a new customer or client -- and then what functions you want marketing to perform. Do you want leads for sales people? Are you trying to brand for the long-term? Also, what are your main operational strengths -- the things that make you the most money -- and how can marketing help you get more of that business?
