I am a wedding photographer. I do family sessions, too, but over the past 3+ years, my business has evolved into mostly weddings, engagements, and bridals.
Long after the last crumb of cake has been enjoyed, and the final notes of your first dance have faded away, your photographs will remain as the steadfast memory of your most treasured day. Your photos are crafted with only the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and creativity.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in my wedding photography. View my website for my work!
For a quicker response, please contact me through my email and my website. My phone number is available in that site as well.
I believe that when you look at your wedding images, you'll want to remember the emotion of the day, the texture of your dress, the elegance of your flowers, and the love shared between the two of you, your family, and your friends.
I strive to capture unique personalities, stolen moments, special glances, and exuberant smiles. My goal is to give you images that make you feel like you are right back there again; to relive the memories, the laughs, and the love.
It's your love story; let me be your storyteller.
My fees vary, so please contact me for an accurate quote (different factors will apply).
Thank you for your consideration!
Rhonda
A. Look for someone who loves weddings... I mean really loves to photograph them. I think it helps if the photographer has been married! Then it becomes even more personal. I have been married since 1997 and absolutely love weddings. They are always unique and capturing the moments brings me a lot of joy and satisfaction. How awesome is it to be a part of the big day? Anyhow, look at the portfolio and style of the photographer. Ask questions and don't leave out any items you can think of...no detail is too small! Try to set up an engagement shoot with the same photographer. It isn't an absolute, but we can get a feel for what poses you like and we just get to know one another a little better!
A. Know your budget. Have the general times in mind. Have you thought about a "First Look" prior to the ceremony? Know where and when your wedding and reception will be. I know that sounds crazy, but true story. The date I was told and booked the wedding on was what the client wanted, but they had not booked the venue and that got changed to a month after and thankfully, I still had that date open! Please take a look at my work and see my style of photography. I am happy to answer any questions. Yes, I can shoot in all black and white if you would like. Remember to book as soon as you can. I had a booking in January for a November wedding!
A. Continuing education is a must for every photographer. I have studied under some awesome photographers... Wedding photographer Jasmine Star and married couple wedding photographers Zach and Jody at Gray Photography each command pretty big fees and are wonderful at what they do. I have been lucky enough to reap those benefits through the CreativeLive series. These photographers have shared a wealth of information and I know that my skills and level of customer service has sharpened. My technique is better. I have many more sessions planned as I continue to grow stronger in my profession. We photographers are our own worst critics, but at the end of the day, my clients are always more than satisfied!
A. What is your pricing structure?
Typically, I do not photograph a wedding for less than $500. But with that being said, I do try to work with all budgets. I have lowered my fee considerably after speaking with the bride and found out that her wedding was going to be very small, the wedding and reception were at a home, and the time commitment on location was low. What most clients do not realize is after the event, I personally edit each and every photo myself. Every photo file is considered with the utmost care. It takes time to do that with me, myself, and I at the computer. Anyhow, I also consider each client on their own situation and have made exceptions to my fee.
