- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a fair price for the highest quality name brand products, and installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially connect by phone and gather information about the project. From there, we schedule an appointment for an in-home consultation. After an agreement is made, we schedule our installer to collect all final measurements, and the order is then placed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2005. Wendy Vaughan, the founder and president of Avana, has an extensive background in all areas of home improvement, including roofing, windows and doors, an well as energy efficient products. We are an Andersen Certified partner as well as a preferred installer for SIMONTON. We are also a licensed company in South Florida which requires each installation to meet the most stringent windstorm requirements in the nation.
