We provide in home professional chef service. From very detailed, creative daily meals to private or business functions of any kind. From two to ten for daily meals, I will learn everyone's dietary and health needs and culinary loves and create the perfect meal plan for your family.

And when your ready to wow your friends and business clientele, I'll be at your back and call. From Tapas, Sushi, Canapes and Pat'e de Foie Gras to my Smoked Baby Backs and Cedar plank Smoked Salmon or maybe a French Dinner Party or an all Thai luncheon to the thousands of personal recipes, I have created as Sous and Executive Chef for the past 25 years.

And also as Garde Manger Chef, you will have access to my forte' Ice Sculptures, Fruit and Vegitable Carvings and a very artistic particular eye on all details.

With 25 years experience in star hotels, Hyatt, Regency Los Angeles and The Beverly Hilton Hotel, and leading restaurants-Spago's, The L A Polo Club and Ma Maison as Sous and Garde Manger and Executive Chef.

I have trained and apprenticed under Patrick Terail, Wolfgang Puck and Maxim Gerome. An expert in high end and high volume banquets, catering and managing multiple outlets, I have a proven track record with long periods of tenure.

With many years of working with the famous and wealthy, I have the maturity to assure your privacy and personal information will be sacred to me. I have proven results in food and labor cost reduction, capable of performing in high pressure environments, experienced in team management, labor negotiations and a passion for teaching and motivating others.

I also have a reputation for being very creative but never over the top. I have a trustworthy and loyal reputation with long periods of tenure at several premier establishments.
