Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. 'Cause I'm born & breed in the "deep south" and know how crawfish are suppossed to be cooked. I'm more for letting the flavors soak into the mudbugs rather than a quick boil and put the seasoning on the outside! Time makes everything taste better!!!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Being able to cook the way that I was taught and bring smiles to peoples faces when I pull up in my trailer and show them how "real Cajuns" cook!

A. How long have you been cooking crawfish?
Since I was old enough to catch them out of the ditch in front of my house and get a whipping for washing & cleaning them out in the bath tub when I got home!
