- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates already contain taxes added. We do everything by checklist, shall you request anything extra while the team is working that is not included in your service, they will let you know the add-on price. We offer discounts for reoccurring service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer, we recommend a deep clean during the first visit as the first visit is usually the one that requires more work. Shall the customer choose a standard service during their first visit, the specialist will notify you what they will not be completing before the service has begun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained professionals with most of our specialist having years of experience.
