Do not waste your time or money on this company. I purchased a new home and it had a terrible flea problem so I called Integrity Termite and Pest to assist. The owner Ken Wilinski came to the first appt hours late to spray my home and told me someone else would be returning to spray my yard. I requested a call 30 mins prior to coming since I had not moved in to ensure the work was perform. I never received a call. I called the Ken to ask what happened and he advised the person was new and he had advised him to call prior to coming out. No problem, I took his word that the work was performed. I followed the instruction given perfectly and the fleas continued to jump so I called the owner a second time since I paid for 2 appts and was advised that he would personally return to spray my home and front and back yard. Another broken agreement and late appt. Instead of the owner coming 2 young men came 2 hours late. Again I followed the instructions given to me and saw little improvement so I called the Ken a 3rd time with very little patience. So a third appt was set up and another broken agreement. Ken was a no show. When I called to ask what the happened Ken advised that his state inspector told him he had to wait 7 days from the last treatment or he would get fined. Really? What ever just fix my problem. A 4th appt was made for the following Tuesday (day 7) and again history repeats itself this time he didn't show up at all. My husband called him to ask what happened and he stated that he thought the appt was set for Thursday. So now it's Thursday and Ken was a no call no show. My husband called AGAIN to ask what happened and the excuses and apologies started again. He was advised that he (Ken) pulled all of his trucks off the road because it was a danger to their lives to drive in the rain. Wow!!!! So I repeat DO NOT waste your time or money on this company. For the prices charged you're better off going with Orkin.

after contacting this client, we serviced the house. she called 14 days later and demanded service in the rain. we do not service in the rain and i set another appt with the mrs and stated we would be out at a certain time. she responded by telling me no one would be home, the gate was open to godhead and svc the yard. i personally did that. as far as a life being threatened due to weather conditions, if its raining or snowing or icing i stand 100 percent behind my decision to pull my trucks off the road. thank you for allowing us to svc your home. one more thing, because of the problem i refunded in full ALL OF HER MONEY.
