- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. We charge by how high the waterfall will be, how long the stream will be and how wide, and how deep the reservoir or pond will be. There is already a set price for lights. There is already a set price for the materials for the basic water features. Everything can be upgraded. Things that will be needed to complete the water garden. 1. A pump that will circulate the pond once an hour. 2. Aquatic plants to help in the aid of filtration 3. Skimmer for debris 4. Bio filter to house beneficial bacteria 5. Stones and gravel 6. Bead filters and uv lights are not necessary for ponds. This is the most common over spent item bought for ponds on the market today. If you have an experienced pond builder those items will not be needed. 7. Koi of goldfish
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I didn't decide this line of work. this line of work decided me. We originally started off as a house keeping service then one day a customer ask me if i knew anything about about landscaping. Its now 20 years later of on hand landscaping
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The customer called us for information on building a pond. We came out and meet with them and gave them some ideas, Long story short, he told us we are having a party in 3 days and could i complete the pond in the required time.. We left 30 minutes before the party started. Customer completely satisfied.
