Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I tend to monitor and manage my clients' profiles, websites, and online presence first. A small business cannot afford to have their online reputation smudged at all, so I work to insure that this doesn't happen. Once my clients are familiar with my work, they will usually begin to take advantage of all my other services like website and blog redesign, organic SEO, message and email management, online marketing campaigns, and much more!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so I typically get my clients' requests completed within the hour. I recognize that my clients priority list is essential for them to create and run a successful business, so I like to familiarize myself with their needs in order to proactively solve any issues that may arise for them. Generally, if I cannot provide an excellent resolution to the issue, I know someone who can and will provide that resource to my client asap!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love watching a persons' idea grow into a successful, well running business. My favorite part of my job is the look on a clients' face when they realize that someone else is as excited about their passion as they are and is on board to make it work. Making your small business work like a big one is *my* passionate business idea.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. "Do you get what I'm trying to say? Can you just make that happen? Just like that?"
A successful and professional business-owner shouldn't need to know *how* to get a spreadsheet to format correctly or their website to show up at the top of a search engine - they just know it needs to happen. I believe that my clients deserve to have someone 'just make it work' so they can move on to the other, more important aspects of running their company.
