We have been in the computer business for 24 years and all of our references exceed all of our customers expectations on the work that we have done in the past. I must say this and I can't stress it any more, our number one goal is to gain our customers respect, confidence and, trust with out these qualities we would not have been in this field for so long.

In conclusion he was extremely satisfied with the service we provided for him.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I would like for anyone to know that we are technologically inclined in all our business aspects. We put the customer and the problem they are having first with one on one customer service for all.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Since I was a kid I loved to take things apart to see how they worked, then I would put them back together. As I got older I got a passion for building robots and robotic arms where it led me to go to school for electronics. As time went on I created a passion for computers and how they worked. So, I went to school to learn more about computers inside and out. As time went on I worked for various companies doing computer repair to only find out that some of these companies where just taking peoples money. They didn't care about the customer in the end I just figured I didn't want to work for companies with that mentality. So, I figured I could give people a better deal and over all better experience if i started my own company when the customers really do come first.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. One of our customers went to Best Buy to replace a HP laptop LCD screen that was cracked in half. Best Buy was going to charge her $580 to complete the job. She is a single mom and that wasn't in her budget. Since this was her daughters laptop for school she had to get it fixed. So, She came across our company explained the situation and we fixed it for under $300. She left our office extremely happy and then sent us three new customers. Since our policy is that when you send us three or more new customers we give free service. That really worked out for her when her son got a virus in their family computer.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, We are always looking for the newest technology on the market. Since new generations of various technological equipment comes out every three months i try to learn about these things before it even hits the United States. I have connections in China that lets me know how the object works and any glitches it might have to help me serve my customer better.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. The project I am working on now is building an office computer for a very high powered attorney here in down town Dallas. He spent under $2000 on parts for his new computer. I spent less than 8 hours building his custom computer to his specifications. Which includes installing the(OS) operating system, configurations and, software installation. At an hourly rate of $60 for the first hour and $40 for every hour after that. I build custom computers for any customer on any budget. in this instance he needed a custom built computer that could handle the work load of multiprocessing on a daily basis.

A. Just give us a call and explain the problem and we will make sure to give a fair price every time.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. In order to get into this profession you most love computers and technology. I personally love what i do i excites me to learn new things everyday. The advise that i give to anyone wanting to get in to this line of profession is to learn everything you can about technology before getting into this field. It might take years until you are comfortable with taking some ones computer apart and diagnosing the problem. When you get frustrated just stick with it because it will always pay off in the end.
