Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. The dog training industry is a small one. The skills required are not something one can learn in school. With 16 years experience and thousands of dogs trained, the quality we offer is second to none.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What is there not to like? I meet new people and their families on a daily basis. Working with dogs presents a new challenge every day. I like everything about my job.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common questions are 1) Why in-home training vs. other types? and 2) Is my dog too old? In-Home training addresses the needs of the family and the dog in an environment in which those problems exist and the dog and family are comfortable in. You also eliminate any risk of illness for the dog caused by stress or disease that can occur in a boarding facility. As far as age, a dog is never too old! The saying, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks.." I always say comes from lazy or inexperienced trainers. We start training for clients at 10 weeks old and have trained some of those old, grumpy dogs at 11 and 12 years old.
