Nathaniel was great with communication. He contacted me to set a time and date best for me. He contacted me with a reminder of his arrival time and was punctual. He then offered options to save me money and allowed me to make the final decision vs assume what I would prefer or not mention my other options in general. He used drip cloths/covering to protect my stuff in his work area, cleaned his work area and did not leave until I reviewed his work and was satisfied. He saved me money and provided stellar service. We had a broken handle on our screen door, and were ultimately thinking of replacing the whole thing. But before replacing, I gave Nate a call and he showed up the next day with a replacement handle ready to go! He got the job done in under an hour and even held a friendly conversation while working.
