Introduction: My name is Dina I have over 10 years of experience doing residential cleaning and 2 in move-in out cleaning. I start cleaning houses with friends and family, I lost most of my clients thought the pandemic only one continue me hiring me until now. Now I’m trying back to business, I’m very profesional, pet and kid friendly. I can accept booking also in the same you need if my schedule allows me. When you offers me the opportunity to work for you I will ask for your address and I will contact you one day prior if I don’t hear from you I will cancel our booking, I’m committed to my clients so if you decide to go with another pro not hard feelings but please let me know. Next is with a partner for my house cleaning insurance, remember I clean but there will sometimes depending of the houses the same are will take longer time or cam back in another day so 4 hours window don’t work in all my jobs. Oven , fridge inside windows are at the same time I don’t do only one thing .

This is honestly the 1st bad review I've ever written for a service provided through this app and I've used Thumbtack religiously for just about anything. I was not happy at all with the cleaning provided. First off, the only reason why I gave her a two star was because she was understanding on the late start. She was scheduled to begin working at 9:30, but I was locked out of the apartment and we had to wait about 35 minutes to gain access from the office. I paid for a move-out cleaning of the apartment. She has a website with all the things that will be completed for the move-out cleaning. About 60% of the tasks listed were not done and to be honest I wasn't happy with a single thing that was done. She spent more than 6 hours in a completely empty apartment (no obstructions in her way, absolutely empty) and I'm not sure what could be said of it. When I returned to the apartment to lock up, she wasn't through with cleaning and she told me that her clients usually leave the key with her and she drops it off at the office when she is through. I paid her (with tip) and handed her the keys because I had to pick up my nephew from martial arts class and head home. I really don't think she thought I was going to be able to make it back to the apartment the following day, but I had carpet cleaning scheduled the next morning and I was literally floored to see that nothing, and I mean nothing, was done right. I texted her and she called and apologized for me not being happy with the results of the cleaning and mentioned that she spent all day on the blinds and the bathrooms (which did not look clean) and that she didn't get around to doing some things. She also mentioned that because of the stains, she could not clean up some areas based on the supplies she had. She texted me the night after she finished cleaning and she NEVER mentioned anything about not finishing up! She said that she informed the apartment complex, but what the hell can they do about it, they didn't hire her for the service. I mentioned this whole ordeal to my cousin who has a friend that has a cleaning business that showed up the next day and completed the move-out cleaning (in 4 hours) and they were stunned that a cleaning professional had already completed a move-out cleaning on the apartment. She told me that unless this lady was using water only to clean, there was absolutely no reason for the apartment to not be sparkling in 6 hours. All of the "stains" that were so hard to remove, came up without any issues. Should you choose to move forward with her service, do not hand her the key to your apartment. Wait until she's through and pay her for what is completed.

Yes, I waited things happened. Baseboards where super dusty, some doors and blinds have grease stains. The bathrooms where in bad condition, some stains hard to remove they need to be clean more the once. I did inside cabinets. Some baseboards, blinds were broke. 4 hours windows cant be apply in all cases, many factors. I didn't have break or eat anything the mainance notice it. The lady and her friend were are the place twice, never ask anything. She paid me , I told her i was able to return the keys . When I gave back the keys the office make some questions , I text to the lady and she text back the sounds good. I call them when I saw they weren't happy with my cleaning. I clean but is some situations you can make new things . My clients always pay me at the end of my job, in this case I was trying to help her since she moved like an hour for the location and she an her friend was running some errands while I was cleaning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to have competitive prices from the areas they are contacting. First time can look high but is an estimate, can offer a better price if you hiring me again . And right now I’m offering $10 off in their cleaning. I bring my own supplies and equipment. I’m pet friendly and kid friendly
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will need the day and good phone number for the booking. One day prior I contact to make sure we still in the same page and will be someone for open the door for me. After my job is done the client check my job and I expect to be pay. After the app will request a review clients are not obligated but happy if they decide to leave one
