Manji put a button back on which had fallen off our leather upholstered chair. He was very professional and did good work. He was punctual and polite. The problem is at the end I got a bill for $145 for this simple task. The charge was unexpectedly high. The service call fee was only $50. This reason for charge was not explained to me. I guess I should have gotten an estimate of the charge in advance, but I did not ask for one. I think a better business practice would be to give the customer an estimate of the cost and the reasons for the estimate in advance.

Great quality workmanship..very, very nice work..highly recommend..Had 2 upolstered chairs recovered and new foam cushions.
