Melissa was my assistant in my wedding photo business. She is talented, creative, and if I get married again (for the 6th time) I will certainly try to hire her although I am in Denver. Hiring her to do your wedding or portraits is the best thing you could do.---Normand Philippe

Melissa is a very talented photographer and I've been pleased with her work, She was in New Mexico a year ago and took a family portrait of my husband and me. I wished she did my wedding photos when I got married.

A. Along with Wedding services, we also offer Family, Children's and Baby Photography, as well as Maternity session with in the comfort of your home.
A. Choosing someone to photograph your wedding is one of the most important parts in the planning process. You should choose a professional who has been in the industry for a few years; someone who knows the ends and outs of Wedding Photography. Anyone can take pictures, but a Wedding Photographer can add value to your photos by bringing your story to life.
A. As a photographer I am able to capture the moment as I see it through my lens. It does help me out more if my customers are prepared for their session. Customers should think ahead to how they want their photos to look too. Clothing is very important. Choose something that coordinates well with all types of colors. Also the clothes should not be to tight or stiff. Something easy like jeans and a T-shirt is best. If it's for a wedding I always stress to the Brides to be aware of how they or their bridesmaids may be "popping" out of their gowns. (Especially in a strapless gown). It makes your photograph look bad when you have flesh hanging out in the wrong places. These are things I can't fix in photoshop. I also can't fix bad hair or make up jobs either...although I can correct a blemish or a few hair strands that may have blown out of place. Make sure you bring a mirror and comb with you if you plan to have an out door session. Just some ideas to help my customers have a pleasant and memorable experience.
A. Photographs are a great way to remember events and mile stones. Ask your photographer what kind of services they are able to provide. Find out if they are willing to photograph at your home or a specific location that is special to you. Most Photographers do include Family, Children's, and Baby Photography. If you are wanting your Photographer to travel to your location ask them if there is a mileage fee. This is to be expected if the Photographer will have to travel more than 30 miles from their base to your location. Having photographs made of your pregnancy is important; not just for you, but for generations that follow. You may feel more comfortable having your photo session at your home instead of a studio. New born babies also do better in the comfort of your home. We can photograph your maternity or new born session at your home. Please contact us for more information about our packages.
A. How much is your budget and what do you expect to pay for high-quality photography? If you are looking for a wedding photographer expect to pay between $400-600 (low end), $700-900 (mid range) or over $1000 for High-end. Decide what is important to you and how you want to remember your special day. There are many different types of photography styles to choose from too. Here are three of the most used styles in weddings: Portrait Photography, Documentary Photography and Photo-journalism. You can expect to pay more for a photographer that uses Photo-journalism as his style. Ask if your Photographer is willing to work within your budget. Many will be able to accommodate a reasonable request.

A. A few years after my grandmother passed away we found many old, old photographs. Some are from the late 1800s to early 1900s. I cherish these photographs of my ancestors.
As a photographer I am passionate about capturing your story. Photographs are magical; in that they stop time forever. It's my goal to make photographs that will last for generations, so that your progeny will also be able to cherish and enjoy the memories.
I can also photograph in the comfort of your home and will bring my lighting and back grounds to you. All that I require for Indoor sessions is adequate space.
A. My grandfather was a great photographer and I idolized him. He gave me my first 35mm camera. I really got into the profession and decided to make it my career after my wedding. The gentleman who I had hired to photograph my wedding was looking for an assistant and I took the position; at first just in the studio putting albums together and taking care of his books. Later he let me work as a second "shooter" and I was hooked! Once he was sure of my abilities I was able to do a whole wedding as the "lead photographer" and have been doing it ever since. Thank you Norm Jain of Golden Touch Photography.
