I hired Bland Construction to build a pergola & freestanding pavillion. They did a great job and finished it in a timely manner. I would not hesitate using them again. John and his crew are great carpenters and a real pleasure to deal with.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. At Bland Construction we are very compeitive with our pricing. We have the ability to beat reasonable quotes because their is no middle man and a lot of over head.
As the owner of Bland Construction I have had a lot of years in the construction bussiness and learned a lot of new ways to improve the construction industry. We will build your project right the first time and build with quality materials. Short cuts is no option here. About ever project I do is a custom job.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. My job is awarding because it gives me the opportunity to meet new customers every day. I like helping customers make their backyard a place they can set and enjoy thereself with their family and friends. Over all I like framing and designing projects to meet customers needs. Being the owner of Bland Construction it gives me the opportunity to do things the way they need to be done.
