BAS has installed two new air conditioning units for us at our home in Grand Lakes during the last year. We have been very pleased with both the installation service and our dramatic drop in electricity usage with the newer and more efficiently designed units.

When looking for a home service provider company, the best advice in hiring a company is by word of mouth through friends, by using the internet to "pre-qualify" a company and you will probably get best service if the company is family owned and tied to the community in which you live. Service companies that are tied to the community have a more vested interest in YOU! Giving great customer service is their primary goal. Also make sure the company is properly licensed and insured. Any legitimate contractor will be glad to present a copy of their credentials at your request.
