Mike Ross has a customer for life he install 12 speakers and two subs two wall volume controls and a wireless router with a gigabit switch he showed up on time and did not leave until everything was working. ...... hands down the best I have ever seen

My 1938 house clearly challenges anyone doing work at many levels.The job was to mount a 55 inch tv above a fireplace. Layers of wall, including brick,wood, and sheetrock would not be a job for someone trying to make a quick buck. Michael and his helper Dennis worked several hours from inside and out in order to hide all wires and cords.I mentioned my husband was hearing impaired and mike suggested a sound bar to add clarity , but not really needing an expensive one. The system works great,looks great,and mike made sure we knew how to use it. Mike then checked all our other tvs and hid the wires making all of them look neater.I found Mike to be professional,knowledgeable,fair,and capable of meeting challenges during installations. We are completely satisfied!

Mike mounted my 50" TV in less than an hour and did such a great job on it. Every service man should take notes from Mike on his professionalism and integrity!
