• I have successfully passed the TREC Inspector Examination

• I am a certified pool operator no. 77-211660 registered by the National Swimming Pool Foundation

• I've had TREC's standards of practice course

• I abide by TREC's code of ethics.

• I follow TREC's standards of practice.

• I've successfully finished 16 additional hours on foundations and structure - CE

• I've successfully completed 16 additional hours on report writing - CE

• I've successfully completed 21 excess hours on plumbing

• I've successfully finished 16 extra hours on electrical

• I have successfully finished 40 additional hours on HVAC - CE

• I've successfully finished 16 hours of study in Inspector CE CPO

• I hold errors and omission insurance, professional liability, required by state.

• I fulfill minimum 32 hours of continuous education every 2 years

• I have construction and civil engineering backgrounds

• I own and use high-tech equipment
