A. The usually ask "What do I do now?" Every answer we give is usually a little different, but the underlying theme is that we are there to help. I like to say let us worry about your stuff so you can take care of what is important - your family.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We had a customer that called us on short notice to do an estate sale. She was moving out of town in a week and we needed to sell her items and have the house cleaned out before she was leaving. When we first met with her she was a frazzled mess. She did not know up from down and was not sure what to do next. We reassured her, gave her some instruction and began the estate sale process. When it was all said and done we sold her items, cleaned out her house and lifted a huge weight off of her shoulders. You know you are in the right business when your clients hug you with tears in their eyes and say thanks they could not have done it without you.
