Michael, at Freedom Pools was fast and efficient. He answered me on here late at night and then inspected my pool within the next few days when I was available. I had the following done: 1. Jandy color pool and spa light to replace old non working white lights. 2. Replaced the bulbs in my 3 non working water fall lights. 3. Swapped my old aqua link rs6 out for a wifi phone operated system 4. Fixed some bad switches on my pool heater so that it now functions correctly. 5. Changed my leaking bulkheads at my filter cartridge saving me from purchasing a new filter cartridge. His quote was excellent and customer service was top notch. I would hire Michael again for any of my needs!

Great experience! Visited me the same day to assess the problem with my pool heater and figured it out quickly. Called around to stores to find the best price for the replacement part needed. Once part was in hand, promptly came to make the repairs which were done in about 15 minutes. Even gave me advice on how to program my pool filters and helped set them for me. Would definitely hire again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a time convenient for customers schedule, meeting in person for the initial diagnostic to ensure we are addressing any and all issues associated with their swimming pool/equipment, and ensuring when job is completed that customer is 100% satisfied with the work performed and are fully educated on how to operate equipment accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my RAIL license which permits me to do repairs on electrical equipment for swimming pools/spas, and NSPI Tech I and Tech II certifications which furthers my knowledge of pools and equipment.
