- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a time convenient for customers schedule, meeting in person for the initial diagnostic to ensure we are addressing any and all issues associated with their swimming pool/equipment, and ensuring when job is completed that customer is 100% satisfied with the work performed and are fully educated on how to operate equipment accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my RAIL license which permits me to do repairs on electrical equipment for swimming pools/spas, and NSPI Tech I and Tech II certifications which furthers my knowledge of pools and equipment.
