Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Take the time to know what you want. No matter how insignificant a detail, share with your coordinator so that he/she can help plan the best event possible. Remember this is your special day and what makes it memorable are personal touches that reflect who you. Also, don't be afraid to tell your coordinator what you don't like or any detail that is an absolute must have! It will save you any confusion down the road.

A. What is the difference between and Event Coordinator and Event Planner?
A coordinator helps contact vendors and make sure the day of events run smoothly, usually creating an itinerary with specific details of the event and most coordinators create a timeline to ensure that nothing is left out the day of the event.
A planner is just that, the planner. They assist with decor decisions, location choices, caterer selection, and can usually coordinate your event, vendors, and everything in between for you as well.
Both jobs are similar so make sure to clarify if your Event company is coordinating, planning, or doing both for your big day!
