- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a variety of work from simple harddrive replacement to advanced backup solutions for our business clients. Another common problem we fix is DC Jacks on laptops. We also clean up nasty viruses and spyware that take over your computer. Give us a few days with your PC and we can make it seem like it is brand new again! Same day service is available!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You want someone with experience and not someone who has never cracked open a computer before. The biggest problem with PC techs at big stores these days is they have no training, get paid next to nothing and have no pride in their work. People who really care about their work and give honest advice are the type of people who will succeed in this business. Big stores have to pay for their store 25,000sq feet of store space and pay all the executives so usually the cost is 2x-5x what you'd paid someone locally to do the same work (assuming they can even fix your problem!). My business deals with customers all the time who have been let down multiple times by big name stores. Why? The big name store "technicians" are usually just the people collecting the cash from the customer and shipping the PC elsewhere to be fixed. Even if you don't hire us to do your job, PLEASE hire someone local and not a big name store.
