Ive had carpet cleaning services every 6 months for the past 3 years and Technique has been the best by far. Derek did an amazing job for my move out clean. He was very thorough and my carpets look as good as new. Highly recommend!

I have used this business before to start a routine cleaning on my couch. Having a big dog means occasional big messes, and I had to make a call ASAP with an accident two days ago. They were very responsive and kind on the phone. They asked me to email a picture of my couch, which I thought was nice and showed that they cared. Derek was on time and professional. He got all the stains out, and when I mentioned my concern on the odors he up-sold me the pet enzyme spray. I am in the business field, so I respect and love when someone can offer me something to help fix a problem -even if it means paying more. It immediately started to help with the smells and I feel so much better in my home. Thank you technique for making me feel more peaceful and welcoming in my own home again. I plan on using this business for all inquires with the many services that they offer.
