Another year, another terrific tax filing! Gosh, Natasha just makes it so easy. I sent her my documents via her easy to use online portal, and within 1-2 days my taxes were done. She absolutely MAXIMIZES your tax refund as well. Shes definitely well educated on tax law and all the stuff that we could not begin to understand. If youre filing your taxes with someone other than Miss Natasha, then youre doing it WRONG. PERIOD. #RepeatCustomer

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $350. I do give 15% discounts for military personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for my new clients is to do a Tax Consult so I can formally introduce myself, get familiar with their tax needs, and answer any questions they may have about me & my company.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with Jackson Hewitt over 20 years ago, worked with them for 5 years, then I moved on to banking where I worked with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and First State Bank. I update my Tax preperation training every year so I know the latest news & tax laws from the IRS.
