- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most service calls are $50-$95 for the first hour and $25-$65 per man hour after that depending on the scope of work. In many cases, we are willing to work within your budget and can come up with compromises based on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we set up an appointment time via thumbtack, phone, or email -- whatever medium of communication is preferred by you. Then, we show up, perform an in-person estimate (if applicable), and complete the job once a commencement date and price have been confirmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Progression Through Training Program: City of Gainesville, FL - developed and instructed courses using the knowledge bases provided on multiple trades and subjects including framing carpentry, building repairs, small engine equipment, paving, job site safety/OSHA regulations, and land surveying. Had also worked as a framing carpenter, a handyman, a crew leader/foreman, and a project manager prior to beginning this company.
