FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We walk all jobs and then supply a written proposal to all of our customers. We want to make sure you know all of the details included in your project before signing on the dotted line. Unless the customer adds to the scope of work or agrees to modify it due to onsite conditions, the price we quote is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial contact we make an appointment to go over the project with the customer. Sometimes we can quote or give an estimate onsite, but we always back it up with a detailed, written proposal with firm numbers sent by email. Our proposal will also outline the payment schedule which typically includes a down payment of 20%. Once the customer has made any changes and accepts the proposal it can be signed simply by acknowledging acceptance in a return email. We like our customers to be informed and educated about what we're doing when we are performing their project, so communication is key. If something unseen turns up during the project, we'll offer solutions based upon over three decades in the business. Any changes requiring an increase in price from the original proposal will be discussed before moving forward. Once we complete the project and the customer is happy with the work we are done. Enjoy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree from the School of Hard Knocks. The actual location of the facility varies from day to day.
