A. Don't be fooled, talked into things you don't want. Never give money before starting, make checks payable to business name

A. How long have you been doing this. Secret is being competent, know what you are talking about. People can tell if you don't know what you are talking about.

A. Get everything in writing

A. because I am a perfectionist. I am not happy unless customer is happy always willing to go extra mile for another reference Once I do work for you, you will gladly recommend me .

A. working for myself, meeting new people daily. the more people you do work for, the more the references. Plus building for the future

A. born into it. my grandfather came from italy a builder a true European Craftsman. then my father. now me. it will probably end with me. My son has an AirForce ROTC scholarship, and wants to be an FBI Agent after military.. No construction in his plans

A. a room addition in Katy, 12" slab 12x14 mixed by hand. all studs 16' oc modifide roofing 2" slope. hardi plank siding. interior 5/8 sheetrock wall texture(knockdown) popcorn ceiling' a creation of beauty
