We hired Dwayne to paint my house. It was a last minute sort of thing, but we worked with him before and he was very accommodating. It took him 4 days to paint and everything looked great on the last day. He/his workers didn't put anything back and piled all my living room belongings into the middle of the room after the first day. I didn't have anywhere to sit!
Then, we had missing air vents that weren't put back into the walls, a spot on the ceiling that wasn't painted (around a light fixture), and then the paint started chipping off on the staircase railing.
We asked him to come back to re-install the air vents. Nothing. Never returned calls or texts, except once or twice. He wouldn't even look for one that we couldn't find (it wasn't where he said it was). We put them both back in once we found them.
For the paint touch-ups, we went back and forth for weeks before he finally responded and fit us in his schedule for 9:30 this morning. Nothing. He didn't show, didn't call or text, and hasn't returned any calls or texts from us. NOT PLEASED.
We paid a great deal of money for his services and are very disappointed.

I've used Mareks remodeling a couple of times. The first was to replace a fence with new post holes. Mr. Marek was on time....worked hard and completed the entire job in 2 days. My fence is beautiful. Mine is the house on a corner so I get tons of drive by traffic. After the work was done I had notes left on my door complementing the fence and wanting info on who had done the work.
My next project was replacing carpet with flooring downstairs. I hired mr. Marek for that job as well. He crashed tile and carried everything out...rolled up old carpet and stacked it in the garage until disposal. The New floors are beautiful. The trim work he did was clean and precise.I love how it changed my space.
Mr.Marek repainted my son's bedroom. He listened to what we were wanting, made some good suggestions on paint choices and then made my son's room the perfect camo-room for an 8-9 yr old boy.
I would recommend Mareks remodeling to anyone that needed a easy. Going but very professional painter, repairman, fence work, etc.

He painted my whole house and did an outstanding job! His workers are all friendly and respectful and he did a good job on my deck. I would recommend him to anybody.

Dwayne and his crew are AWESOME! One time and went above and beyond to get everything done per our agreement. I would recommend him for any type of work from painting, deck staining to misc honey do's.
