As a first time learner, I really enjoyed the piano lesson. Mario made me feel welcome and at ease while teaching me. I really enjoyed the learning process so I recommend to not just do the 30 minute lesson and go for the whole hour.

We had planned to do weekly lessons but cancelled after one. The owner was very pushy about trying to get me to pre-pay for lessons that we didn’t have yet even though I said I wasn’t comfortable doing that. Overall I feel that the music school we went to previously was more professional. My son also said that the owner was impatient and didn’t seem well versed in playing the guitar because chords that he taught for a song were wrong and my 11 year old was able to identify they were wrong just by the sound.

We apologize if our policy on prepayment made you uncomfortable. We offer prepayment options for several reasons including securing your preferred lesson time and instructor as well as managing our schedule. This should never feel like a pressure tactic, and we apologize that this was your experience. We are currently reviewing our approach to ensure all payment options are presented clearly and comfortably for our students.
We also focus on the quality of instruction we provide. We regret to hear your son's perception of the instructor's patience and knowledge. We regret that we were unable to communicate with you on the phone or in person. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and learn more about this experience.
