A. Have a budget in mind. Whether its relative or not. The hardest thing to do, is create an event without a budget.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Information is key to having an event go off without a hitch. Set a goal for start time and END time. Most people don't realize that an end time allows you and your caterer to know how and where your party is going.
