All Green did a great job installing sod in our yard. Rod met be with me, assessed and advised us on our yard, got us an estimate, and scheduled us with quick turn around. His team arrived early and left everything in shape. Highly recommend.

When Travis & Rod met with me I was blown away with how professional and knowledgeable they were about the process of turning my weed infested yard into a rolling hill of zoysia. They've been upfront and honest about installation, watering & maintenance to keep it growing in this >100°F heat these past 3 weeks. When the lawn looked a bit dry after a week of watering the lawn 2x/day with me handwatering it once a day we implemented a plan to increase the handwatering to twice a day and now 3 weeks later it's picture perfect. There are a few spots that need replacing that were most likely the sod squares on the top of the pallet which they will replace at no cost. They also lifted 5 sprinkler heads to get better coverage on my nice new lawn. You can probably find people to do it cheaper but why would you sacrifice quality when making a >$3k investment?

Travis, Rod and the rest of the All Greens Landscaping team were my lawn heroes this summer. We had been struggling to get grass thrive under our shady oak trees for a few years now. This year, I scouted for the right professionals and after a few assessments, I left a inquiry on Thumbtack. From the get go of the interaction to the sod installation and well beyond that, it was a great experience, to name of few: 1. They communicated swiftly, effectively and in an educated manner. 2. They are thorough professionals with the best expertise I have personally experienced in this field. 3. Reasonably priced and honest billing with no hidden costs 4. They listened closely to my requirements and provided a well-thought through assessment and plan, considering a lot of factors including the smallest of details. 5. They were on track with their commitment, thorough and efficient during the day of the installation, keeping me updated frequently on the status. 5. They completed their post installation management and imparted an excellent post sod installation guidance to enable the sod to take root but to also thrive so quickly. We have seen our neighbors install with other companies, where the grass takes long to pick up or dies out. On the other hand, my husband ( who is generally highly critical) has been singing AllGreens praises to me and everyone he speaks about our grass. Our neighbors have complimented us and most importantly I’m pleased about the value for money not only to see how expeditiously our grass took root and our lush lawn is now such a beautiful sight to behold after years of a patchy unsightly lawn. We do offer discounts on projects that qualify, or customers that are flexible with our scheduling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure we are available to answer any questions and walk new customers through the process of each scope to be completed. Landscaping projects can be daunting so we want our customers to feel educated and comfortable when working with us. We want to make the entire experience as quick and painless as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Depending on the service needed, we will educate the customer on how to maintain their lawn going forward. We also provide our customers with a client manual to make sure they get the best results for their yard.
