  I wanted to take a moment and write you all a letter to show my appreciation of your professionalism, helpfulness, friendliness and honesty. At the suggestion of my Mother, I took my truck to someone else in Frisco, Texas. It was a convenient location at the time, since I was visiting my Mom at her home in Frisco. I asked them to give me an estimate on a tune-up, oil change, and a few other items that I thought might be necessary. Well, needless to say, their company decided they had a "sucker" in their grips and proceeded to give me estimates on several items they said I needed to have done immediately on my automobile. I'm sure you are all very aware of the items they informed me that I needed and the prices they quoted me. Of course after I spoke to them, I realized what I have known all these years that I have been doing business with your company. NEVER go anywhere else but Bigowl's Auto Rescue! After I spoke to you Al, I had Brian come out the next morning. Brian went down the list of repairs I was told I needed by the other shop, and came to the conclusion that the only "repairs" I needed to have done, was a tune-up and an oil change. Once again, you have proven what I have always told all my family and friends here in Frisco; have your mechanics service their automobiles and you can't go wrong. Thanks again and again for being here and for the great qualities your company has and the principals you stand by. A loyal customer forever.

  This "company" is HORRIBLE! The mechanic put in a distributor, battery, spark plugs and spark cables came to $208.50. The kid (20yrs old) didn't time the distributor and i've had to call and make multiple appointments that NEVER happened! NO call No show every time! After waiting 2 weeks later and listening to alot of excuses he will no longer answer my calls or texts. Now i have to waste even more time taking them to court! This place will take your money and run!! BEWARE!!

  I took my husband's suburban in for a front end alignment and was told it needed over 2k in repairs first. Decided to look up a mechanic on Craig's List who was maybe hurt by economy and needed work. I got the runaround by the first guy I hired, charged for work he didn't do and he tried to keep parts I bought. Bigowl's came to the rescue, literally. They came the next morning, charged me exactly what they said they were going to and their work was awesome! It has been about two months and we have had no problems. The job even turned out to be harder than expected, take longer and they operated with such integrity that they still stuck to their estimate. I was very impressed with their service, work and ethics. Most people fear the cost of auto repair and trusting a mechanic, no need to fear Bigowl's, they are the auto repair company you have been looking for and you will be satisfied. They stand behind their work and their word. Thanks so much Bigowl's!!!

  It's difficult today in the service industry to find a mechanic where dedication to customer service and pride in craftsmanship are the dominant theme. The girls and guys here though are getting it right. As a non-franchised, non-commissioned mobile auto service employees here are not financially motivated to sell any repair or service that isn't needed. Competitive pricing and accurate diagnosis are key factors in reducing the cost of automotive maintenance and repairs. I like knowing that when I have my car serviced that I'll be given an low cost estimate that is guaranteed to fix the problem. A guarantee that also includes any part and labor. The bottom line is that I'm very pleased and intend to continue to use these folks for my automotive needs. OK, so they don't run many specials. That's fine with me because I really don't want to play that bait and switch game and I'm comfortable with the fact that regardless of the repairs I know I'll be treated fairly. Thank you
