I'm a lawyer who represents seriously injured people, those who have criminal matters pending, and those who have a need for probate assistance. I have been practicing law in the Lubbock and West Texas area for fifteen years, and I am qualified to practice before every type of court.

I was in need of attorney to act fast. I have a probate matter and misdemeanor criminal matter. Mr. Moody answered my questions personally. I live out of town and unable to travel, but that did not stop Mr. Moody from coming to me to go over my case. I never have a problem reaching him personally. Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out because I care about the people I represent. I am personally involved in every case. This personal touch means that I personally answer every telephone call. I also keep in touch by mail and by email.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I really enjoy seeing people obtain the greatest possible recovery from their personal injury cases. Many times injured people do not know how to obtain a proper financial settlement for their injuries. It is enjoyable to help them recover from the injuries they suffered because of some other person's negligence.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Many clients want to know when their cases will settle. I let them know that the time varies, but they must get well first. When they are well, we can usually settle the case with the adjuster.
