My experience with Blak Marigold Studio was great. Booking the session was quick and easy. Mike answered all of my questions and cleared up any concerns that I had before the session. When I made it to the studio the setup and atmosphere was amazing. During the session Mike was very professional, not only did he make sure that I was satisfied with the making of each track, he helped me manage and maximize my session time. I also was able to bundle my music and photography session. He took some amazing shots for my album art. Best studio in the Austin area for the quality and price.

Let me tell you a little something about this establishment right here, known as Black Marigold! If you need some voice or audio work to be done, and you're looking for a simple business that just gives you what you need without all the runaround, that's the place to hit! It doesn't matter what it is. As long as it has something to do with audio media, they don't discriminate if they have the technology. They'll do voice overs, narrations, skits--Whatever! I've been in there twice, and I look forward to a third and beyond! The person there you would want to work with primarily is Jonae "LadyJ" Townsend. She is an artist with the widest open of minds! She'll give you all sorts of vocal work: Dry vocals, wet vocals, vocals you can't even fathom! She'll give you the Ultimate V-job (I'm talkin' about Vocals)! You can go in there and say you want to record somethin' from some Anime, and she'll be like "I'm about that life! Let's do this!" That place is not above having fun in between sessions either! I went in there to film an episode of my webshow and she participated with no objections. I went crazy in a horse mask, dancin' around and I'm so glad I did it! She even gave a little freestyle bassed on what we were recording for at the end! It was GREATNESS!! Only downside is that the recording room's a bit small, and it can get hot in the summer! BUT it's passable! The room still works and it's got nice, relaxing, blue foam walls! LET BLACK MARIGOLD PRO GIVE YOU A V-JOB TODAY!!

I was blessed with the privilege of meeting KB of Black Marigold about four years ago. This is a man that knows what he's doing, and is really invested in his love for music. I am a artist who know longer lives close to KB, but that hasn't stopped any progress. He understands from all that I have seen all of the artist that he works with, and he really allows the artist to be themselves, but always has a good word of advice. I recommend this company to any inspiring artist who needs someone who will help mold and uplift there craft. I miss you bro. See you soon.

Mixing and mastering is included during the session. If your workflow consist of non stop recording then mixing and mastering can be purchased separately.
