Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If you are requesting a bids make sure they are comparable don't always look for the cheapest contractor.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Basics. Learn the basics then if it feels or looks complicated call a professional.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All projects are done by professionals like myself who have hands on experience all duties are overseen by me, from Sales, estimating, project management, to the physical labor.We are a small,honest and reputable company with the abilities to provide small and large projects.We also have a better understanding of Scopes Budgets and Schedules due to my experience in all fields of construction.We can be competitive with contractors that measure our scale of expertise.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Providing services that make customers happy.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can this be done cheap, just being honest. Some projects because of material cost cant be done cheap. Cheap is not always good because of some of the work that will provided by so called contractors will have to be redone at a very expensive cost. Do the homework on the contractor.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Yes my favorite stories are the ones my repeat and referred customers have about us and the services we provided for them.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. About my profession the difficulty of some of our projects and how skilled and knowledgeable I am.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My family comes from a history of carpenters so as a young boy when it was allowed i would go to the job sites on a Saturday pick up trash pull nails from 2x4s and watch all the trades.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. All my projects have a personal meaning but the most recent was a cantilevered cedar pergola

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes NARI holds monthly meetings to further our education. Most of my suppliers hold meetings and seminars on the latest products and new laws.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. I believe that most homeowners will try to invest money back into there homes especially if they can find a multi-skilled company like ours.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. I finished a rehab in a rental property for a local investor,it involved all interior drywall tape bed and texture painting and door installation, lighting and electrical, granite countertops with glass mosiac backsplash, repair and replace plumbing fixtures.It took 6 weeks to complete and the cost was $23500.00 Turnkey.

A. All project pricing is based on the project itself. Example; If you had a Interior or Exterior paint project it would cost more to repaint a dark color to a light color.
