Ryan is very professional and passionate with his job. He offered a discount to new customers, but that does not mean his service is discounted. We will definitely use his service again and refer him to others.

Thanks a lot for tuning the piano. It sounds really good and I haven't been able to get my hands off it every since it has been tuned. Again, thanks for all your help. Your service is excellent.

One word: superb!! Could not be happier with this place. Got my piano tuned up (had been a few years). While Ryan was here he made some minor adjustments at no additional charge. If you need piano service of any kind, give this place a call!!!!

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most common in order from most to least: tunings, basic repairs such as a few keys sticking, broken strings, key top replacements, wood/veneer repair on pianos, pedal and damper adjustments, complete restringings and pin block replacements, complete refinishing, harp/plate refinishing on grands.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for indicators of good workmanship. Those with sloppy work habits and a tendency to take short cuts should be avoided in this line of work. Also, beware of other providers who seem to offer services at very low prices--there is a reason for this. In most cases, the job is only partially completed. For example, installing new key tops is only part of the job. The final touch is verifying that all keys are level, key dip is proper, and key bushings are functioning as expected.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Just need to indicate whether the piano is an upright or a grand. Make and serial number of piano is helpful, but not always required.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out because we are passionate about pianos. Therefore, we take our time with any service we perform in order to give our clients the very best we can. We stand behind our work, and if you are not happy, we are not happy.
