I noticed my roof had some wavy shingles so I called DFW Roofing. I spoke and met with Dustin Eatman. He was punctual, professional, and polite. He answered all my questions concerning my roof, and then gave me an excellent quote to get the process started. The roofing crew began the work bright and early, was very thorough, and did a great job. My new roof looks great, and I would definitely recommend DFW Roofing and Construction to all my friends and family.

DFW roofing and remodeling is a great trustworthy company. I had so many problems finding a good company until I found them. All the other roofing companies I came across all they wanted to know was did I have insurance, and told me to call then call them back. When I called DFW roofing and spoke to Dustin he listened to me and explained the whole process to me. Was very patient with me. They came out very quickly to see what damage I had to my roof. They contacted my insurance for me, and explained what I needed done. My roof was completed within the same week. It looks wonderful the workers cleaned up after themselves not a piece of trash was left anywhere. To add to my satisfaction the project manager Mike came to my home shortly after to make sure I was satisfied. They are also great about keeping ongoing communication with what is going on and what they are doing with insurance company. I loved that part because I'm obsessive about being in control of everything and everything being perfectly organized. DFW roofing and remodeling is a top of the line prestigious company. You will not go wrong using them for any of your needs. I'm so glad I found them I'm a customer for life!!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common types of jobs we do are roof replacement, home remodeling or business finish out. We also spend alot of time putting up Christmas lights in the winter months.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you chose a contractor who has valid insurance. Unfortunately, the roofing industry is notorious for presenting cancelled or fake policy information. Any good contractor will not mind if you call to verify their policy is in force.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you insured and do you have proof of your insurance?
Do you offer a warranty and if so how long?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. There are many great roofers out there, but unfortunately the vast majority only care about making as much money as possible one time. Here at DFW Roofing we want to earn the right to be your contractor for life and nothing means more than a refferal from a happy customer.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. We recently had a customer that lived in Glen Heights which is on the very far edges of the DFW Metroplex who was very frustrated with roofers and their lack of follow through or unwillingness to come to her house. She called us and we looked at her roof 48 hours later and had a new roof installed all within 7 days. She is very happy now!
