Introduction: I am a trained, Accredited MASTER Stager. I review the property from the front curb to the back fence and determine what needs to be done to enhance the positive features of the home. I can do as little or as much as you want using your furnishings and accessories or mine. When my staging is complete, you will see the difference that Staging can make! My passion for Staging shows in my work. I love working with homeowners and showing them how I work and what a difference Staging can make in the appearance of their home to potential buyers. The goal of Home Staging is for the buyer to mentally move in to your home; if they cannot feel and see themselves living in your home, you've lost them.

I contacted Sandy to stage a vacant listing I have on Lake Buchanan, and she did a fabulous job with it. Since I live in Georgetown, coordinating times to meet at the house was critical. Sandy was always on time and had plenty of great suggestions for what could be done to highlight the features of the home. She's a delight to work with and had the perfect pieces available to go with the design of the home. I recommend Sandy to anyone who has a home staging need.

When we were ready to put our lake front property on the market and contacted our Realtor, he recommended the property be professionally staged. Admittedly, we were skeptical at first, but the furniture and accessories Sandy provided complemented the houses contemporary design and made the house more welcome and inviting. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in an on-going continuing education plan for Accredited Staging Professionals through Staged Homes. In 2012, I received by MASTER accreditation. I also earned the following designations: ASP-REO (Staging Real Estate Owned Properties) and ASP-SRS (Staging for Seniors/Downisizing and Relocation).
What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide in-home staging consultations, owner occupied and vacant home staging. In addition, we offer de-cluttering services, organizing services and color consultations. Our clients include Homeowners, Real Estate Professionals, Builders and Real Estate Investors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you list your home on the market, you have to realize that it is no longer your home - it is now a product on the market. You have to depersonalize it and detach from it. It needs to appeal to the broadest market of potential buyers and outshine the competition. The best way to accomplish this goal is to have your home Staged by an Accredited Staging Professional.
