Leon is very knowledgeable on metal roofing. He added a metal roof over my porch and ramp, framing and all. LMC Roofing will be the one we will be calling when i replace the roof on my house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As for metal roofing make sure your estimates include the types of materials and the gauge or thickness of the metal the lower the number the thicker the metal is. Screws are a very important factor the two most common types are (bonded washer) and (cupped head) screws. The bonded washed screws are the cheaper screws. The cupped head screws are the better longer life screws. Ask each contractor what is going to be under the metal options vary greatly here. metal can be installed over 1 layer of shingles but the manufacturer warranty is void if there is nothing between the metal and the shingles
