Sam was awesome. He accurately communicated his arrival time, showed up during the appointment window, and went above and beyond to fix the issues we were having with our dishwasher. Sam was friendly, professional, and helpful and didn’t try to upsell the repair one cent. Will definitely be calling again if we need appliance repairs.
