The meat is slow smoked for 16 to 18 hours in a hickory BBQ pit. The sides and BBQ sauce are made from scratch. We are a small business that thinks big, delivering First Class service and quality.

I have eaten Aces High BBQ on many occasions, and it is superb! The "sides" give just the right compliment to the highlight of the meal-high quality BBQ. The homemade sauce is incredible! .... Now I'm getting hungry!
