In my personal experience, Rehab Renovations came to my home, was paid half of the fees up front, as agreed. From that point, the next four months went alright until he demanded more money to finish the job. The agreement was that half was paid up front, then the other half after the job was completed. When we told him we would not pay the rest until the agreement was fulfilled, he told us that he was out of money and would not finish the job. He ended up leaving the job little over halfway done, with a large portion of the house in disrepair due to his demolition and lack of repair. The job was a home addition, and we were hit for $14,000 before he ended comunications with us. Please beware, I do not want anyone else to lose money, time, or stress over a job not being finished.

Job was not finished due to architect plans that were not estimated in price.Ed owes Rehab renovations $4200 in architecture fees. Ed didn't want to pay the extra fees, job was stopped, due to non payment!
