Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We do both commercial and home cleaning.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Get personal. Dont be afraid to ask questions about there background and the background of those who work for them. People are often surprised to know that my cleaning experience came in the millitary as a nuclear, biological and chemical specialist cleaning chemically contaminted equipment. They are also surprised to know that Im a retired police officer.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Make sure that you feel comfortable with the person you select and get 3 bids. Please remember that low price is not always the best price.

A. Know what you want done before we get there.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. With over 20 years of experience in cleaning, Ive figured out what maks my customers happy.

A. The smile on people faces when the job is completed.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Im often asked what do you use to clean. We use all green chemicals.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Moma Rose is a strong willed Italian mother that hired us to clean her son's home. It was our 2nd home cleaning job and I was told that she would be tough to satisfy. We cleaned this home from top to bottom and she came behind us and checked everything with a white glove. It was a very tough job but we made her happy.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That there is a certain level of knowledge necessary to be good at what we do.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was raised in home where cleanliness was next to Godliness. Cleaning was taught to me by my mother and grandmother. When I became an adult I was hired to manage a HMO and the standards of cleaning a patient care facility was enormous but not for a guy who was taught to be complete and discipline.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I've done low end rental property to high end home but the one job that I will alway's be proud of is cleaning Moma Rose house. She taught me a lot and I made her happy.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I read a lot of articules and journals but I most often rely upon my 20 plus years of experience.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The latest and greatest is green cleaning. Every year there is something new thats put out the market that can make things better or more efficient.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. It was a home cleaning project that was nothing out of the ordinary. The customer was happy that I took a lot of time and care making her old cabinets look new again.

A. We are simple; rate per hour pricing.

A. You have to learn this profession by doing the hard work first.

A. How often should I have my home professionally cleaned? It depends on your lifestyle and budget. Kids can also play a role in that too but there free labor or atleast that's how my mom treated me. I recommend at least every two weeks initially and gage it from there.
