Michelle was terrific! She sent pictures of my fur baby every day of my vacation and played with her. When we arrived at home, our cat was waiting for us with the toy she’d played with Michelle! It showed us how much of an impact her care had on our cat.

We hired Michelle for the first time and we’re really pleased with her service. We went out of town for two weeks and she took excellent care of our kitty. She also provided daily updates with pics so we could see how our baby was doing. We will definitely use her services in the future.

Michelle & team have been taking our Bailey girl out for potty breaks since she was three months old. She is now five months and we are going to be making the change from backyard let out to full walks soon (as soon as she nails the "walking on a leash" thing down!) Michelle is always quick to respond to our service requests and send us a message with what our pup's activities were, pictures included. We trust her service and team and are thankful for their flexibility and timeliness.

Being new to the McKinney area, I struggled to find someone I felt confident about to care for my fur babies when I'm away.. One of my dogs is a fearful puppy mill survivor and my other dog has epilepsy so I needed someone experienced and patient. I am so grateful we found Michelle and her team! We have been using their services for almost a year now. I am amazed at how flexible they are, even with my last minute requests, and love how professional, friendly and willing to communicate they are. They always send me pictures of my dogs when they visit. I love seeing my dogs so happy!
